Still shocked by what just had happened in Paris last Friday, November 13, I write this post about my trip to Paris to visit the Photo fairs that took place this last days in Paris. I was lucky to get away from the barbarism that unfortunately arrive to a city that always makes us think of beauty and love and that only attacks by assassins can filled it with death and desolation. My more sincere sympathies to all the family and friends of the victims.
I have always enjoyed photography and this was my first visit to PARISPHOTO parisphoto.com and FOTOFEVER ART FAIR fotofever.com in Paris I wanted to visit and enjoy two of the most interesting Photo fairs worldwide. I was so lucky to go with my dear friend and great photographer Pascuale Caprile caprilefoto.com and my dear friend and colleague, director of the Art Gallery Online Elena Rodriguez Mayol coonart.com.

On Thursday as we arrived, we got lost walking in the corridors of Parisphoto. The fair had great stands from many galleries from all over the world with very interesting Works; some large other more small, black and white or in color, vintage or more recent, made in various techniques and materials, but certainly works with much interest and price.

It also caught my attention the amount of people who were visiting the fair, I love to see so much people interested in art ¡ I was there on the first day of the fair and the truth is that I didn’t see many red dots, but I’m sure that without the tragic events that took place, the fair closed on Friday and did not open more it had achieved good sales

The next day, we went to Fotofever, no doubt is another type and size of fair, younger and smaller but in anyway we also enjoyed it and saw interesting artists and had a good time strolling and discovering some future interesting names of artists.

I brought back with me many contacts and ideas to incorporate to kreislerart.com that hopefully you will see in the coming weeks and hope that you like them so much as I did.
When landing at the airport of Madrid the horror began in Paris, I certainly did escape by hours of a very hard and complicated situation. But this should not makes us faint in our dream of living with art and joy and continue traveling to Paris.
