Inspired by Warhol’s and Monet’s flowers, I wanted to paint my own but had no idea how to begin. And that exact moment, my old forgotten boxing gloves appeared once again in my life and I took it as a sign. Let’s try to paint with the gloves on to see what happens. It’s amazing how something as delicate as a flower can flourish out of something as violent as a punch. But life seems to be that way.
