“Who am I? 87” is the beginning of a new series within the most recent collection of the Austrian artist Alejandro Hermann. This art piece cannot be understood without its companion. Following the influence of the Buddhist philosophy inside the wok of the artist, this piece represents the order and the light. Every wooden letter and number were painted in a golden color and place thoughtfully over a gauze and plaster covered canvas. The hidden messages in this work encourage the viewer to settle his mind and spirit.
