In this painting, reflections in the surface of the water, and two human figures are sharing the leadership. Brushstrokes in the upper part play to create a wide range of blue tones. Also, they have textures to suggests troubled waters. Figures, however, have wider and more concise brushstrokes, as to provide with more balance to the lower part. Where reflections and figures get in contact, shapes are not so clear, and colors are interchanged. It is a complicity game between the sea and the human figure.
