This work are made in black and white, and the only color comes from the sand.

The theme of this series is based on memoria. The drawing,which appears interrupted and invaded by sand, depicts a city in the Emirates desert, Al Madam, which was abandoned in the 80s and the sand covered it. In a conceptual parallelism I play to identify memory with figurative image, and oblivion with abstraction, using classic drawing and masses of colour and sand.
