Leyre Pérez

Leyre Pérez (1996) is an independent artist who lives and works in Santander. Her work is based on finding the beauty of reality in abstract forms that builds sensory perception.

She combines her artistic work making painting, sculpture and photography, interpreting what surrounds her, whether it is a sound, a landscape or a texture in color stains.

For her, art is a form of visual storytelling interested in conveying moments of interaction. She works mainly painting, using color and graphs. Her work is characterized by imprints invaded by white space, where experiences frame each work, transmitting motion stories and ideas of color through lines, stains, textures and shapes.
